Janet Is a retired teacher with over 40 years of experience. She taught in Savannah, Avenue City, and Saint Joseph, Missouri. Most of her teaching occurred in Saint Joseph where she started the middle school component of the gifted program. Janet currently serves as the Co-Affiliate Director for Missouri Future Problem Solving, Missouri Evaluation Coordinator, and FPSPI Board of Trustees member. Janet also evaluates the Global Issues Problem Solving component at the International Conference. Janet was introduced to Future Problem Solving in 1977, and FPS became her passion. She credits FPS for her invitation to watch a Space Shuttle launch as a guest of NASA.
Janet enjoys reading and spending time with her family. Her eight grandchildren count on her to be the go-to person for homework assistance!
