Roles: Reporting of Affiliate Information, Policy, Future Scene Writing Teams, Publications, and Program Materials.
Brad comes to FPSPI from Kentucky and holds a Bachelor’s of Science in biology, a Master’s of Public Health focused on administration, and a Master’s in teaching secondary science.
Brad taught high school biological sciences and math courses. He also held multiple administrative positions including; district technology coordinator, district safety coordinator, coach, and athletic staff manager. He served as a statistician/trainer for high school boys’ basketball teams for 19 years and was inducted into the KY 10th Region Basketball Hall of Fame. He also worked as the program coordinator for health careers at the Area Health Education Center at Gateway Community and Technical College.
Brad served as Commissioner for the Limestone and Northern Kentucky Academic Leagues, and on the board of directors for the Kentucky Association for Academic Competition (KAAC). With KAAC he held such roles as board President, Past-President, and Clerk; and was the committee chair for Finance, Conference, Outreach, and Personnel over his tenure.
Outside the halls of education he has also volunteered as a firefighter, first responder, citizen foster care review board member, and as a member the local American Red Cross board.
His highest achievement was being elected Mayor of Germantown, Kentucky at age 28 where he worked with county officials and other organizations to successfully procure grant funding for improvements at the city park, city sewer and water systems, sidewalk infrastructure, and bring in new business.
Brad has been an avid University of Kentucky basketball fan since birth and is an aspiring trivia buff.
