Volunteer for IC 2012
Experienced Future Problem Solving volunteers are always needed at IC.  Please complete the Volunteer Request if you would like to be considered as a volunteer for this year’s conference.  Volunteers are invited according to the space at the university.  Once the decision has been made for this year’s volunteers, an email will be sent regarding your acceptance.
 
Housing at Indiana University

Anyone wanting housing over the limits described below must have approval from FPSPI. Please contact the International Office 800.256.1499 for further information.

  • Global Issues Problem Solving Teams are allowed up to ten (10) people including four team members and up to two alternates, plus coaches/chaperones/adults/non-participants.
  • Individual Participants (CmPS, Booklet, and Scenario) are allowed up to four (4) people including the participant, coach/parent, and non-participant.
  • CmPS teams are allowed a maximum of fifteen (15) student team members and up to five (5) coaches/chaperones/adults. 

If more than this number will be attending IC, off-campus housing is available.

  • FPSPI 2011 International Conference Opening Ceremony
    Date: Thursday,     June 9, 2011
    Time: 7:45 PM CDT

    Opening Ceremony 2011 features the attending Affiliate Programs and Countries with the Traditional Flag Ceremony.  After welcome to University of Wisconsin, La Crosse, the conference commences with the presentation of International Scenario Writing, Adult Awards, and recognition of scholarship winners.

  • 2011 Variety Show
    Date: Saturday, June 11, 2011
    Time: 6:45 PM CDT

    The FPSPI Variety Show begins with the presentation of awards to Presentation of Action Plan winning teams.  Next entertainment is varied as participants from various Affiliate Programs join together to sing, dance, and use various talents.  The event concludes with the performance of the FPS Choir.

  • 2011 International Conference Award Ceremony
    Date: Sunday, June 12, 2011
    Time: 8:45 AM CDT

    The FPSPI Slide Show of IC 2011 starts off the Award Ceremony, followed by the 1st place Presentation of Action Plan teams performing their winning skits.  The winning teams and individuals in all components are awarded.  The ceremony ends with the recession of flags.
